IDE: Menu / Toolbar is gone

Q:
Delphi 5 looses tool bar & menu on occasion. Why?

A:
This seems to be a fairly frequent problem. You could delete the
DSLPHI32.DSK file from your BIN folder or you can go to Borland’s
CodeCentral page and download the binary file(includes source) #
15483. This file will reset the visible values so the next time you
run Delphi, the menu window will display.

A2:
Close Delphi Application.
Edit the Delphi32.dsk file, find the visible property then set to 1 to show the window.
Then Run Delphi again…
